While Felipe ran from Jesus during college, Jesus sprinted faster. Carrying Felipe on his shoulders, Jesus took Felipe to a software company to develop marketing skills. Today Felipe joins Jesus in helping disciple makers multiply prayer, learn their target group and create content. Felipe loves trying new foods, playing volleyball or tennis and smiles wide when enjoying contagious giggles from his wife and two blonde-haired daughters.
Driven by the desire to see the Great Commission fulfilled in her lifetime, Lauren's heart is to accelerate Spirit led disciple making movements among the least reached. Her family spent three years sowing amongst a diaspora UPG and later transitioned to a field team overseas. There, she gained practical MTM experience and assisted in the development of Kingdom.Training and Disciple.Tools. Lauren now serves as an end-to-end implementation coach but in her spare time, she enjoys watching and discussing Marvel movies, researching her ancestry, drinking coffee, and having deep conversations.
Fueled by the passion to make Jesus known among the unreached, Dustin and his wife spent three years in NYC working among the West Africa Diaspora and over three years in North Africa applying his skills in graphic design learning, implementing and helping others with their media strategies. When Dustin is not designing, you might find him playing board or video games, exploring the majestic outdoors, doing CrossFit or admiring baby Yoda.
Born in a Hindu family and trained to be a Hindu priest, Uttam encountered Christ at the age of 13 in Nepal. There, he worked as an engineer while actively serving university students and planting churches. He was later sent out to make disciples among the Nepalese diaspora in Malaysia and Australia. God expanded that vision to include the Nepalese globally. Uttam now serves as the Nepalese Diaspora Catalyzer, implementing and training other Nepali disciple makers in MTM strategies. He is both a wanderlust and an avid reader.

Aicha has a long-term call to make Jesus known where He is not. Her heart is especially knitted to North Africa after living there for eight years. When not dreaming up new ideas, strategies on how to implement them, and mobilizing others, she's usually spending time with family and friends, reading or traveling. Good coffee, belly laughing, new experiences and getting things done make her happy. Aicha's roles include end-to-end implementation coaching and participatory servant leadership.
Yasmin’s greatest desire is to see the knowledge of the glory of the Lord fill the earth as the waters cover the sea, particularly where the Gospel has not yet been known! She spent several years in a desert land where she worked with a team in the end-to-end process of implementing a media to movements initiative. Now in seeing new disciples being birthed, she loves getting to help scale this process as an implementation coach and collaborate with others to leverage the strength of many! She loves ridiculous humor, outdoor adventures, deep heart-level conversations, and any occasion where she gets to play dress up.
